In early 2024, we attended a leadership workshop for focused, collaborative problem-solving. At the end of the day, rather than feeling that all-too-familiar brain-fatigue, we found ourselves inspired and energized.

We paid attention to that ‘spark’ - wanting to discover what was so different about that day from all the other meetings and trainings that fill our calendars. How could we bring that inspired energy to our own teams of leaders? And how could we sustain those feelings in our every-day work.
