Corinne Schaefer
Corinne is…
an introvert, adventurer,
a nature loving Sagittarius,
an ideator, learner and thought leader,
a business Founder and Chief Strategist,
an empathic leader,
a wife, mother, daughter, sister, friend and colleague.
Corinne is also the eldest daughter, born of an immigrant father who shared his love of learning, the importance of curiosity, kindness, the value of adventure and of leaning in on a life of growth at the boundaries. She’s embraced each of these values through her college years at the University of Portland and Creighton University, through her personal life, as well as the professional roles she’s taken on along the way.
Despite Corinne’s father’s life being cut short due to cancer, he showed her the importance of how you show up in the world, valuing the experiences you have, reflecting on what you’ve learned from them, and paying attention to how you make others feel along the way. Each life milestone Corinne has accomplished represent powerful ways she’s lived out these values, developing into a 20 year career in physical therapy, nearly two decades in accelerated leadership roles in private practice, non-profit, and matrixed organizations, and in her new role as co-founder of her own Business.
Today, Corinne resides in the PNW with Marc, her life partner of 25 years, Quiyn, their nearly grown 17 year old daughter, and their one year old mini bernedoodle Pica.
